🔑 How to create logins for your team
You are Admin. Staff can create & edit quotes, but cannot delete.
Your Admin login (use this now):
Email: voyageandvacation.adm@gmail.com
Password: Voyage2024!
You can change the password after login → Manage Team → Edit.
- Log in above with your Admin email & password.
- You'll land on Costing Trips — you'll see your name + ADMIN at the top.
- Click 👥 Manage Team (top banner).
- Click New user → enter staff email + password → pick Staff → Save.
- Give that email + password to your staff. They log in at the same link (crm.voyageandvacation.com or the current link) and can work at the same time as you.
Only Admin can create users & delete quotes. Staff will see delete buttons hidden.
